Every paid Task Draft plan is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date and we will refund the most recent subscription payment in full.
The 14-day window applies to both monthly and yearly plans, and to the initial purchase as well as any subsequent renewal.
2. How to request a refund
Checkout is handled through our payment provider, Buy Me a Coffee. To request a refund, please:

Please include the email associated with your account so we can locate your order quickly.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Buy Me a Coffee. Funds typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We aim to acknowledge every refund request within one business day.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; if you cancel outside the 14-day refund window, you will keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
